wonderful stay with really good service

the hotel provided amazing facilities and a sensational breakfast near the river bank. the room i booked had pool access, i loved it. staff were helpful, always available to assist with any request. i was grateful for the convenient location, with easy access to restaurants.
The air conditioning in my room was quite loud. It sometimes disrupted my sleep. i think it needs maintenance or perhaps replacement.

the hotel boasts a well kept pool area, with comfortable loungers and shaded sections. the spa offers a serene environment for treatments, and the gym has a selection of cardio equipment. a riverside restaurant is available.

the breakfast buffet included a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes! the restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. i was happy with the poolside food service .

The facilities are very good and the staff go the extra mile to help guests. The rooms were very comfortable and beautiful to look at. I found the restaurant very accommodating to vegan requirements, which i greatly appreciated.
I found the gym to be not well taken care of, the equipment was old and rather poor, unfortunately.

The room features complete and clean amenities plus is quite spacious. Guests can find everything needed for a comfortable stay, like comfortable beds and a nice desk. The decoration is lovely, with tasteful art and calming colors.

The staff provides really good care and attention to all details. Transportation is available across the Ping River bridge, which makes getting around easy. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the night market.
